Terms & Conditions

1.      The student or the student’s legal guardian allows Ultimate Drivers to maintain and transmit the student’s course records and other information on this form as prescribed by the MTO.
2.      This information shall be kept in strict confidence and shall be transmitted in accordance with MTO directives for the sole purpose and only as it pertains to the MTO regulations for approved beginner driver education programs.
3.      The student will be certified online electronically upon course completion with a minimum passing grade of 70% on all in-class/ E-Learning and in-car assessments as mandated by the MTO. Ontario driving schools are not able to issue drivers licence certificates. Instead, students must request a driver’s licence history (DLH) from Service Ontario ($12).
4.      *MTO regulations stipulate that the course must be completed within one year of the course start date, if a student has not completed within the 1 year they will have to return to class, and a fee will apply. We do not honor any services after 364 days in any of the programs provided by Ultimate Drivers.
5.      Ultimate Drivers requires the student to be ready at the agreed upon time for in-car appointments. Students must have G1 present for every session.
6.      NO REFUND CREDIT ONLY
7.      Individual lessons (private lesson) must be paid in full prior to the in-car session.
8.      Ultimate Drivers reserves the right to cancel the in-car appointments on short notice due to the weather, or other circumstances beyond their control.
9.      If an unforeseen circumstance arises, such as a death in the family and a student misses a lesson, the student will not be charged. If there are no extenuating circumstances, in-car appointment cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice are subject to be forfeited.
10.      Ultimate Drivers will charge $35.00 for dishonored cheques and balance must be paid in full before the student begins their in-car lessons.
11.      Ultimate Drivers fees, in car lessons and deposits are non-refundable. You can transfer to a friend or instore credit. If payment terms are not met services will be suspended until terms are fulfilled.
12.      Students are responsible for all outstanding balances and must read all terms and conditions before signing (required by MTO).
13.      As of January 1st, 2023, any changes to the method of your BDE course is subject to a $65.00 admin fee.
14.      At any point if the student chooses to leave their E-course or Classroom option they will forfeit all content covered and start over.
